"Absorb what is useful, absorb what is useless, and add what is specifically your own."
– Bruce Lee

Deborah Belaus is a Life Cycle Celebrant, innovator/entrepreneur, personal growth facilitator, certified massage therapist, yoga, meditation, and qigong instructor.

The event that directly brought Deborah to her life’s passion happened when she was a teenager. Her father passed away at the age of forty-eight, and had battled a heart condition ten years prior. You would never know how ill he was because his spirit was so bright. His death gave her an appreciation for life, and to live every moment like it is your last. She began her self-actualization journey and traveled around the country and Europe to find the answers to how to live well. In her exploration and studies, she discovered that health wasn’t just about the right food or exercises, but also about what we cannot not see, but feel. The health of a person is about the mind, body and spirit no matter how long a person lives.

Deborah Belaus is the founder of Feel Good Qigong, which is a culmination of her talents. She has over thirty years of experience to safely help others to reclaim their ability to stay healthy. She has been practicing yoga and meditation, and teaching since 2001. She co-owned Open Heart Yoga and Wellness Center in Pennsylvania for ten years. She was a practicing massage therapist for twenty-two years. She is also the owner of Bright Path Ceremonies since 2010 as a Life-Cycle Celebrant, designing and officiating ceremonies, from weddings, baby blessings, memorials and everything in-between. Deborah has also led numerous women retreats, taught hundreds of yoga, meditation and wellness classes to all age groups, and performed over three hundred ceremonies.

The teachings of Qigong have brought her full circle on her path of wellness. The protocol she studies is a unique program that focuses on the aging body and those recovering from acute physical situations like surgeries, joint replacements, and strokes. The new phrase we often hear today is sixty is the new forty, but without a specific protocol to follow, it’s very difficult to feel forty when you really are sixty. Qigong is a full practice with techniques that you will be able to use the rest of your life for on going rejuvenation and relaxation. It’s a simple yet profound practice that can be used alone as a daily routine or as an add-on to your current exercise. Qigong can help you be your own best healer to simply “Feel Good” as you approach your wisest years. The common theme to her work, is her love of people and her call to serve for the highest good. Her welcoming personality and love of people, makes sharing space with her fun, light and memorable.
